Microsoft is collaborating with Space and Time,
a decentralized data platform for blockchain applications, to give
developers access to real-time blockchain data through the Microsoft
Azure Marketplace.
This announcement follows Space and Time’s $20M funding round, which was led by Microsoft’s VC arm, M12, last September
- Space
and Time touts itself as a “fully decentralized and community-operated
data platform” that leverages a hybrid transactional database and
analytic data warehouse that can handle any workload in a single
cluster.
- The
partnership with Microsoft makes it possible to deploy Space and Time’s
platform with one click on the Azure Marketplace, an online store where
customers can purchase applications and services to use on the
Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
- This
new availability on Azure Marketplace enables businesses to build on a
blockchain without modifying their current tech architecture.
